Wishlist Pro: Gifts & Promos (“the App”) provides a customer loyalty and wishlist management solution (“the Service”) for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Personal Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

  • Merchant Data: Your name, email, store URL, and billing information (processed via Shopify).

  • Customer Data: We collect information about your customers that “wishlist” products, including their email addresses (for alerts), guest session IDs (for guest sync), and product preferences.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you and your customers interact with the App, including device information and IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide the Service, including managing guest wishlists and gift registries.

  • Synchronize wishlist data across devices.

  • Send automated alerts (stock levels, price drops) if configured.

  • Integrate with third-party tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Maintain a “zero-code residue” architecture to protect your theme’s performance.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Shopify: As necessary to provide the Service.

  • Service Providers: Including email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and OneSignal to facilitate communications you trigger.

  • Analytics: Third parties like Google Analytics (GA4) to track usage patterns.

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law.

4. Your Rights

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamayı Shopify mağazanıza yüklediğinizde veya kullandığınızda kişisel bilgilerin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve paylaşıldığını açıklar.

1. Topladığımız Kişisel Bilgiler

Uygulamayı yüklediğinizde, Shopify hesabınızdaki belirli bilgilere otomatik olarak erişiriz:

  • Satıcı Verileri: Adınız, e-postanız, mağaza adresiniz ve fatura bilgileriniz (Shopify üzerinden işlenir).

  • Müşteri Verileri: Ürünleri “istek listesine” ekleyen müşterilerinizin e-posta adresleri (uyarılar için), misafir oturum kimlikleri (ziyaretçi senkronizasyonu için) ve ürün tercihleri.

  • Kullanım Verileri: Sizin ve müşterilerinizin Uygulama ile nasıl etkileşime girdiğine dair bilgiler, cihaz bilgileri ve IP adresleri.

2. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

Toplanan bilgileri şu amaçlarla kullanıyoruz:

  • Hizmeti sağlamak (misafir istek listeleri ve hediye kayıtları dahil).

  • İstek listesi verilerini cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek.

  • Yapılandırılmışsa otomatik uyarılar (stok durumu, fiyat düşüşü) göndermek.

  • Pazarlama faaliyetlerini geliştirmek için Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot ve OneSignal gibi araçlarla entegrasyon sağlamak.

  • Temanızın performansını korumak için “sıfır kod kalıntısı” mimarisini sürdürmek.

3. Bilgilerinizi Paylaşma

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Bilgileri yalnızca şu taraflarla paylaşırız:

  • Shopify: Hizmetin işleyişi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde.

  • Hizmet Sağlayıcılar: Tetiklediğiniz iletişimleri kolaylaştırmak için Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, OneSignal ve WhatsApp gibi araçlar.

  • Analiz: Kullanım modellerini izlemek için Google Analytics (GA4) gibi üçüncü taraflar.

  • Yasal Makamlar: Kanunen zorunlu olduğu durumlarda.

4. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak (örneğin KVKK veya GDPR uyarınca), kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme veya silme hakkına sahipsiniz. Verilerinizin silinmesini contact@creativesdata.com adresine yazarak her zaman talep edebilirsiniz.
